Returns & Refunds: At VAMA, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product. Our 30-day return policy ensures you have ample time to evaluate your purchase and request a return if needed.

Return Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Manufacturing defects are automatically covered and do not require the item to meet these conditions.

How to Initiate a Return: Contact our team on contact@vamaleathers.com or @ 7795897362 and share details of the support required. Once approved, will share the return pickup details. Please note that items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damage & Defects: Inspect your order upon arrival. and share feedback if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect items. All issues are promptly supported. 

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned: Custom or Personalized Orders, Items Bought On Sale and Gift Cards.

Exchanges & Refund Processing: For exchanges, return your current item first, then place a new order for the desired product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method; please allow time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.
